Warranty

The warranty policy of Tenniszon covers any defective products furnished by the companies.

The warranty is provided by the product’s company.  It is up to the company's discretion to establish if the merchandise is defective or not. Tenniszon will serve as a link between the client and the companies providing the merchandise.

There can be exceptions. All products which are clearly defective according to the companies guidelines, will, stock permitting, be immediately replaced to the client.

For all other cases the product will be sent to the company, which will in turn provide an answer within a reasonable delay of time.

This policy excludes any product which has been used, or mishandled, even if this is done involuntarily.

The policy also excludes any products used prematurely and followed by intensive use (as in the case of competition players).

The company’s warranty starts at the purchased date.

The company's warranty is only applied one time.

A return number must be obtained in order to be able to return the merchandise

Shipping and handling of authorized returns must be paid by the client.

STRINGS

PRODUCTION DEFECTS ONLY AND APPLIABLE ONLY WITHIN A LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME.

*It is important to remember in the case of strings that their durability varies according to the following factors: game level, game style, game frequency, game surface, climatic factors and care of the strings. Rupture of strings may at times be quite frequent for those involved in competitions, or those who play giving a lot of effects to the ball. Also for those who play during most of the week, or who play on a clay court surface, or who don't protect their strings from the sun or extreme hot or cold or temperatures as well as humidity. The warranty does not apply in these cases.

CLOTHING, MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS ONLY

*It is very important in the case of clothing, to read the washing instructions properly. There are certain fabrics that are irreversibly damaged by the use of chlorine or fabric softener. Wrong use of the dryer or iron may also damage clothing. Certain clothes must be washed separately. Also, the fact of leaving humid clothes for prolonged periods of time in or on the washer/dryer may cause irreversible discoloration. Most clothing returns fall under this category. No warranty will be valid if tenniszon.com judges that the damages were caused by mishandling of clothing.
