Delays and shipping and handling fees may vary according to destination, mailing mode and product availability.
Delivery delays are calculated as of the moment the merchandise leaves the business area of Tenniszon.com.

You become the owner of the merchandise the moment Tenniszon.com deposits it with the shipping company. From that moment on you assume the risks and Tenniszon.com ceases to be responsible for loss or destruction of the merchandise.

In the case you lost your package and that you chose to insure it, Tenniszon.com can help make the reclamation of the package with the mailing always with the understanding that Tenniszon.com is not responsible for this merchandise.

For any product delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible for any fees pertaining to customs or exportation fees outside of Canada.

Delivery of the products is subject to the rules of shipping and handling with which Tenniszon.com does business .You are also subject to the rules concerning signature of mailing forms upon reception of the merchandise.

I you are not present at the address you provided, you will be responsible for retrieving the merchandise in compliance to the rules and regulations of the shipping co. you specified at the time you made your order.

No deliveries will be made to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING DELAYS

*Please take note that when we speak of delivery delay, the calculation is made counting only working days. The calculation excludes Weekends and holidays.

*Please take note: all deliveries within Canada and the unites States are all made in express delivery. The difference in cost between regular and express mail being minimal.

*Please take note as well that the delivery delay for products delivered by regular mail outside of North America may be longer during the festivities that take place from November the 15th to December 31st. It is suggested to use the express mode during these dates.
