Q.Isn’t shopping through the internet dangerous?
A. Not at all! Tenniszon.com uses the most advanced technology for your protection. Our servers use the latest technology (Secure Socket Layers) in the transmission of confidential information. They also use cryptological technology to render monetary transactions in a public shopping space safe. This technology ensures that the information submitted is only read at the intended destination. In the same fashion, all information is protected while its transmitted to a financial institution. Furthermore, all credit card authorizations are certified by the Desjardins bank who is equally meticulous in protecting its data and uses only the highest security norms during its transactions.
Q.Why is the description area of certain products devoid of information?
A. Since 1996 Tenniszon.com has not stopped enriching it’s data bank.. Our priority, these coming months will be to continue to enrich our data bank so that each product may offer some information. There will still be certain articles that will not show any supplementary info. Any questions regarding a particular products may be addressed to: service@tenniszon.com .
Q. Are the totality of the products offered in stock?
A. Tenniszon.com displays all the products available from the companies. Thus, not all products are necessarily part of the stock from the Yvon Gilbert stores or the site.
Q. Can I check for product availability on site?
A. Unfortunately it is impossible to do so. After an order had been placed, you will recieve information by e-mail confirming product availability.
Q. Are the prices displayed on the site the same prices in the stores?
A.Tenniszon.com is independent from the Yvon Gilbert Stores. Certain prices are exclusive to the virtual shop. In the same fashion, there will be certain promotions that will only be valid in a particular store.
Q. Why should I open an account?
A. If this is your first visit and you wish to place an order you need to open an account that will provide us with your e-mail address and personal information so that we can ship your order and complete your invoice. It will only take a couple of minutes to fill in the formulaire and it will save you a lot of time in your next orders.
Q. I want to change my e-mail address and password?
A. You can change information in your account at all times. All you need to do is to click on client access and change the information in the desired text area.
Q. I can't remember my pass word and/or user name?
A. If you have lost your password you can retrieve it by clicking on client access.
Q. I would like to place an order for a school,institution, or municipality....

A. We accept Visa and Master Card. COD payment is also acceptable form the interior of Canada.
Q. How much is shipping and handling, what are the delays and what are the types of shipping we can choose from?

Q. Who assumes the custom fees if shipment is made outside of Canada?
A. For any order shipped outside of Canada; custom fees are responsibility of the customer. For any further information regarding this subject please write to customer service.

Q.I placed my order some time ago and I still haven't received it...What can I do?
A. First check to see if you haven't recieved an ¨out of stock¨ notice by e-mail. Next, do a follow up by entering your tracking no. in the text designated area by clicking ¨account access¨. Also, verify if the expedition address and your e-mail addresses are correct. If there is a mistake here contact us at: service@tenniszon.com. If your client account indicates that your order has been shipped please tell us at the same address so that we may do a follow up with the shipping company.
