PRODUCT RETURN

You may return non-used merchandise which doesn't conform to your order following a mistake, omission, defect made before shipment or defect found during the warranty period to Tenniszon.com. You have till the end of the tenth day following reception of merchandise to exchange merchandise. You may re-ship an order by obtaining a return no. available on the following link. You must assume the shipping and handling fees as well as all risks carried for the returned merchandise, unless tenniszon.com failed to deliver the ordered merchandise to you, or shipped you defective, or damaged products in which case the company will assume the shipping and handling fees, as well as all risks implied in the shipment of this merchandise, in so much as you return the products through a reliable shipping company that offers some type of warranty against loss or theft.

Product Availability

The site displays all the products available to order form the supply company's. Take note that not all merchandise is part of the boutques' Les Sports de Raquette Yvon Gilbert inventory nor of the site itself.

In case you didn't recieve your order and that you opted for insurance, we could do a follow up and a reclamation on your behalf with the transportation company responsible for delivery. This with the understanding that we can not be held responsible for the outcome of this eventuality.

For all products delivered outside of Canada, you are responsible of all freights inherent to customs and exportation fees occuring outside of Canada.
Product delivery is subject to the rules of the shipping company you chose. Be it Post Canada or any other mailing agency with which Tenniszon incurs in bussiness with. You are also subject to the laws concerning the signing of an order receipt for your merchandise.

No delivery will be made to a P.O Box.

Tenniszon.com must receive payment in full for your order before sending them to your address.

In the event where Tenniszon.com could be held responsible for any sum of money; this would be limited to a sum equivalent to the price of the merchandise you received and returned.
